Warranty obligations
Dear customers, dear embroidery masters!

The embroidery kits I offer are perhaps the most labor-intensive in the embroidery process and very expensive in the handicraft market. It takes masters from three to nine months of painstaking and exciting pastime to embroider one work. And so that this hobby brings maximum pleasure and satisfaction, I guarantee the highest quality of the kits and full warranty service, in accordance with the current legislation and my guarantees, for the entire time that you are engaged in embroidery.

Quality requirements for kits
Law:
(Civil Code of Ukraine, Part 1, Article 675).

The goods that the seller transfers or is obliged to transfer to the buyer must meet the quality requirements at the time of their transfer to the buyer, unless another moment of determining the conformity of the goods to these requirements is not provided for by the purchase and sale agreement.

(Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, Part 1, Article 6).
The seller (manufacturer) is obliged to transfer to the buyer products of proper quality…

My guarantees:

The uniqueness of the kits is confirmed by the received patents No. 107093 “Kit for embroidery with beads on decorative, woven fabric (canvas)” and No. 104212 “Method of embroidery with beads on decorative, woven fabric (canvas)”. Authorship of the patterns for embroidery with beads: certificate of registration of copyright No. 65661.
The kits are produced only according to TU U 13.9-3052926647-001:2015, specially developed and agreed with the authorized executive bodies of Ukraine.
A conclusion of the sanitary and epidemiological examination (SES visnovok) No. 05.03.02-04/50657 has been received.
Voluntary certification in the certification system GOST R No. 2111441 has been completed.
Consumer’s right to information about the product
Law:

(Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, Part 1, Article 15).
The consumer has the right to receive the necessary, accessible, reliable and timely information about the product, which ensures the possibility of his informed and competent choice.

(Resolution “On approval of the rules for remote sales” No. 612 of September 27, 2007).
When selling goods by sample and (or) description, the seller is obliged to transfer to the consumer the goods that correspond to the sample and (or) description.

My guarantees:

All products offered for sale fully correspond to the photos presented on the website.
Every year since 2010, twice a year (in spring and autumn) I present kits and embroidered pictures with beads at exhibitions in Ukraine – “Craft.Business & Hobby” (Kyiv), in Germany – “Kreativ Welt” (Frankfurt am Main) and “CREATIVA” (Dortmund). You can see everything live and get advice on bead embroidery.
Warranty period
Law:

(Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, Part 1, Article 13).
The manufacturer ensures the proper operation (use) of the products, including components, during the warranty period.

My guarantees:
From the moment of purchasing the kit until the last sewn bead, I guarantee comprehensive support, informational and material (I send accidentally lost sheets of patterns, lost beads, threads, needles for embroidery).

Consequences of identifying product defects
Law:

(Part 1 of Article 8 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights)
Within the warranty period, the buyer identifies a simple defect, i.e. non-compliance of the product with the requirements of regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents, terms of the contract, etc., then he has the right to demand from the seller (manufacturer), at his discretion:

proportional price reduction;
free elimination of defects;
reimbursement of expenses for eliminating product defects.
If the product defects identified during the warranty period turn out to be significant and arose through the fault of the manufacturer (seller) (significant defects are considered to be those that make it impossible or unacceptable to use the product for its intended purpose, arose through the fault of the manufacturer (seller) and after their elimination reappear for reasons beyond the control of the buyer), then:

terminate the contract and return the amount paid for the product;
replace the product with the same or similar one from those available from the seller (manufacturer).
My guarantees:

When purchasing a set, we become friends for many months. Therefore, I guarantee: I will do everything that is required by law in the shortest possible time and in a way convenient for you.

The sets are assembled to order and if there is an error in the assembly, I will send you the missing materials at my own expense. If difficulties arise during the embroidery process (for example, several colors of beads accidentally mixed up or scattered), then do not waste time sorting, write and I will provide the lost beads.
