Shipping and Payment

Payment for the order is made:

By Visa, MasterCard to the account or by the PayPal fast transfer system

After completing your purchase, wait for a response letter from the administrator with the details for paying for your order Order processing time up to 24 hours

 

What happens next with your order after payment:

After receiving payment, we form your order for shipment, collecting and packing the parcel for shipment (within 1 working day).

The order is sent from Ukraine by mail (the average delivery time is 7-21 days, depending on the region)

Our products are also available from partners in the UK, and if the purchased product is in stock at the partners, it is sent to you from a warehouse in the UK (which significantly speeds up delivery times).

If the selected product is not in stock in the UK, then delivery will be carried out from the manufacturer in Ukraine.

Please note that when sending products from Ukraine, you will be charged a tax upon receipt of the order, according to the legislation of your country.

Shipping

Please allow up 7-21 days for the delivery of your embroidery kit.

Amend or Cancel an order

We are unable to amend orders. To add to your order, you will need to place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at tokarevabiser@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any further changes.

Returns

You can return any item for any reason, even if you have just changed your mind, they must be sent within 14 days of receipt. Any returned items should be sent in the same condition you received it in, unopened, and with its original packaging.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We recommend  you use the tracked shipping method for any returns.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Once processed, payments, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded via your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact tokarevabiser@gmail.com  and include the following information:

  • your order number (this can be found in your confirmation email)
  • your name (name on the order)
  • email address used to place the order
  • reason for your return

A customer service representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation in the packaging for identification purposes.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges
